Kundapur. Sep 26: ‘The Expressions’ group has won the first place in ‘Comedy Darbar’, a competition organized by JC International, here.
‘The Expressions’ team lead by its president Alwyn Andrade performed for three consecutive days leading the competition by a wide margin from the nearest contenders.
The competition was judged by ace performers and Sandalwood actors, TV Personalities like Om Ganesh, Arun Shiroor and Dr Bhaskar Karnik.
The team, comprising of veteran comedian Prakash Shetty, Sujatha Andrade and Sunil bagged the cash prize along with trophy.
