Mangalore: Alliance Francaise de Bangalore Formally Launched at Roshni Nilaya

Mangalore, Sep 29: The inauguration of Mangalore chapter of the Alliance Francaise de Bangalore was held at Roshni Nilaya School of Social Work, on Wednesday September 28.
 
Philippe Gasparini, director, Alliance Francaise de Bangalore, Ronald B D’Souza, co-ordinator, Alliance Francaise de Bangalore, Mangalore Chapter, and Dr Jacinta D'Souza, principal, Roshni Nilaya, were present.


Addressing the students, Dr D’Souza said that French was the diplomatic language spoken by ambassadors for centuries. She expressed her desire for the reciprocal method of education wherein students of Mangalore and France could be given education through an exchange programme of at least five weeks duration.
 
Later, a French play was presented much to the delight of the students.
