I entirely agree with Dr. Rao that PATIENT CARE IS MOST IMPORTANT. This care should commence from grass root level. For this purpose all connected with HEALTH CARE should play important roles commencing with The Reception of the patient at the front desk followed by all departments including M.R.D., billing and the department of pathology - most important being the NURSING CARE.

Referring to STUDENT COUNSELING utmost care should be given to this aspect because these students form the core of future doctors and nurses. It is even preferable that this management aspect is outsourced to ensure that the students have diologues even on deliccate issues with the faculty without any reservation. This of course is only for a start and thereafter THE STUDENT COUNCIL fully informed with all aspects of skills should be able to interact with the management to provide best possible results in terms of efficiency thus becoming AN ACTION ORIENTED AND RESULT ORIENTED BODY.

Father Mullers has come a long way and it is good to see that the Institution is forging ahead and introducing innovative systems to bring the best out of all employees.

I am particularly happy to see the management team working in unison under the able guidance of Father Patrick Rodrigues and Father Denis D"Sa, Father Richard Coelho, Father Prakash D'Souza, Father Vincent Saldanha ably supported by Doctor Rai and Dr.Alva
