Kriti Sanon reminisces fun times with Shahid Kapoor, shares belated birthday wish

Mumbai, Feb 26: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon took to social media to wish Shahid Kapoor a belated happy birthday, apologizing for the delay as she was in a "no network" zone. The actress, who shared the screen with Shahid in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, fondly recalled their fun moments together.

Sharing glimpses from their film promotions, Kriti wrote:

Kriti and Shahid’s on-screen chemistry was seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (2024), a sci-fi romantic comedy directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. The film followed the story of a robotics engineer who mistakenly falls in love with an intelligent female robot, leading to an emotional and humorous journey.

Kriti Sanon is gearing up for Teri Ishk Mein, where she will star opposite Dhanush. Directed by Aanand L. Rai, the film is co-written by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav and is set for a November 28, 2025 release in Hindi and Tamil.

Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor is diving into intense action-packed roles. He will be seen in Ashwatthama: The Saga Continues, directed by Sachin B. Ravi. Additionally, he is collaborating with Vishal Bhardwaj for Arjun Ustara, a 90s-era gangster drama featuring a stellar cast, including Nana Patekar, Randeep Hooda, Vikrant Massey, and Triptii Dimri.

Speaking about the film, Shahid shared:

"At heart, it's a love story, but it’s full of action and gangsters. The cast is phenomenal, and I am excited for audiences to experience it."
