Doha: MCA to host Voice Workshop for aspiring singers on June 27

Doha, Jun 23: Mangalore Cultural Association, Doha Qatar will organize its 5th Voice Workshop on Friday June 27 at the Whyndham Grand Regency Hotel meeting room at 3 pm.

Roshan Francis Martis Hindustani Classical music teacher/guide/musicologist (vocal and instrumental) from Mangalore will conduct the Voice Workshop.

Roshan Martis has established his own school of music 'Sur-Rang' Sangeet Vidya Mandir, at Kadri Tollgate, Mangalore, and has been independently teaching students since 2008. He is also an assistant music teacher at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mangalore, since 1996. Roshan is Sangeeth Visharad in Hindustani Classical music (vocal and instrumental) from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharv Mahavidhyalay, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Roshan will share his vast knowledge in the music field with the participants of this workshop.

MCA is sure that the singers will definitely benefit from this workshop. This workshop is limited to participants of Mangalorean Konkani-speaking singers residing in Qatar, aged 15 years and above.
