Driving without headlights... this is seen many a times. couple of weeks I had seen an Tipper truck over-speeding without an headlight. Could only hear the engine noise, vehicle was sighted when it came close.
It is more of personal responsibility to maintain the vehicle in good state, can't always blame RTO.

these buggers will not have any moral responsibility. that's why we need to seek RTO's help to take severe action against these evils.

No wonder. we can see so many vehicles drive with out proper headlights or single lights on and all. Nobody cares and if you object those buggers will scold you back as "what's your problem". Now here we see the problem. Unnecessary and innocent people are hit because of some one else's mistake. No so tough to control this. Authorities can just monitor for a short period and penalise all those vehicles on the sopt. Make it serious drive and screw the culprits. That will bring a discipline. Unless it's done, no wonder we see many more such accidents and deaths.

It is common to see many vehicle driving on the wrong side.
If traffic team do not respond to this. Accident and Deaths are the only answer.
This is very common on NH Mlore to Udupi
So sad, we are not able to stop driving on the wrong side.
