My HR coordinator is an Egyptian. If I say him book 10 kg excess baggage while booking ticket he is reacting as if I have asked him to purchase a flight for me.
I requested him that I will pay the excess amount for which he rejected saying he cannot do it no authority.
Now explain me what should I do.

While booking tickets on line the system does not accept the option of additional 10 kgs. Tried several times, my friends have tried as well and been unsuccessful. These are tricks by AIE.
