Mangalore, Oct 29: A person died when a lorry collided with a motor bike at Thekalathota near Katpady on Monday October 29 afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Beerappa Shervegar. According to the sources, he was traveling from Udupi to Kaup. The lorry collided with the bike at Thekalathota leaving Beerappa dead.
Beerappa Shervegar had been serving as the secretary of Majur Milk Producers’ Association for the last 17 years.
Beerappa Shervegar is survived by his wife who is serving as a teacher in Mandarti School and two daughters.
Kaup police have registered a case in this regard.
