Kundapur: Catholic Sabha of Hangalur Inaugurated

Kundapur, Oct 31: Catholic Sabha of Hangalur was inaugurated in the Piusnagar church hall near here recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Fr Antony Lobo parish priest of Kundapur church and dean of Kundapur deanery said that a holistic approach was needed for solving any problem in relation to the opposed class of the society. The ultimate success of any programme or project will depend on that only, he added.

Fr Wilfred Gonsalves, parish priest of the Piusnagar Church inaugurated the Catholic Sabha and blessed the ceremony.

Dr Sony D’Costa, president of Catholic Sabha of Kundapur deanery, industrialist Archibald Quadros, Sr Silvina, Stany D’Mello, president of Catholic Sabha of Piusnagar, vice-president Wilfred D’Souza, secretary Leena Tauro, Catholic Sabha president Walter D’Souza, secretary Austin D’Mello, James D’Mello, Felix D’Souza and Sr Stella were present on the occasion.

Titus Mascarenhas welcomed the gathering. Walter D’Souza and Joe Pinto compered the programme. Dhaman D’Mello proposed the vote of thanks.
