Udupi: Postal Employees Stage Protest Pressing for Demands

Udupi, Nov 1: The postal employees of Manipal head post office, Kundapura head post office and several branch offices in the district staged day-long protest on Tuesday October 30, on the basis of the call given by central and zonal postal employees union, to urge the union government to fulfill their various demands.

The agitating postal employees gathered in front of head post office and hurled the slogans against the administration.  Suresh K, H K Mallya and others addressed the protesters.

Office-bearers of postal employees union Suresh K, K Laxman, Vasudev Kottari, Gopal Kottari, Narendra, Vadiraj, Hemant Haridas Kini and postal pension employees union, extended support to the agitation.
