Mangalore, Sep 6: The 154th birth anniversary celebrations of Brahmashri Narayana Guru will be held under the aegis of Akhila Bharata Billavara Union in the town hall here on September 28. Chief minister Yeddyurappa will participate in the programme as guest.

Yeddyurappa will distribute the annual Damodar R Suvarna memorial student scholarships. MP R L Jalappa will preside, a release from the Union said.
