I hope that Mangalore City Corporation will come out with cost details of each project as requested by Nagarika Hitarakshana Samiti president Hanumant Kamat. Like MSEZL, MCC should also come up with a website with all these information.

Tender details of all projects should be in this website. Even the parking plans of private commercial buildings and appartments it sanctioned should be put here. The details should show how the buildings are planned to accomodate inhabitants and visitors vehicles including at peak hours. The details should also show how the new building affects the traffic density of roads adjacent to it and what are the plans of MCC to mitigate the effects of increased load on these roads.

Through this website, people should be in a position to check which appartment is vehicle friendly, environment friendly and green.
