Udupi: DySP Seema to Head CoD Team Investigating Padmapriya Death Case

Udupi, Sep 20: As Govindaiah, who was functioning as the investigating officer of the Corps of Detectives (CoD) team entrusted with the investigation of the case pertaining to the mysterious disappearance and death of Padmapriya has been transferred, DySP Seema has taken over the job, after being appointed by the state government.

Seema said that the final chargesheet in the case would be filed in the court soon. Refuting allegations that the post mortem report was handed over to the Karnataka police by the Delhi police on June 29 itself, Seema reiterated that the team has not so far received the post mortem report from Delhi.

Atul, who has returned home after getting bail through the state High Court, has been provided with the security of a gun man as per his request. It is learnt that in terms of the bail conditions, Atul has to appear before a judge every Sunday.

    ARRESTING BHAJRANGDAL LEADER AND ENVESTIGATING PADMAPRIYAS DEATH BOTH ARE GOVERMENTS DRAMA.AS LONG AS BJP IN POWER PADMAPRIYA NEVER GOING TO GET JUSTICE. GOD SAVE POOR ATUL.

    Looks like this Padmapriya case will never come to an end and she will never get justice as long as BJP is in power.RAghupathi Bhat escaped because of his party and the same will continue if the investigating officer is again from their side.How long can he escape?There is a supernatural above who will punish him for his deeds.He can bribe people and fool people but he cannot fool God.Why did his wife go away in the first place,if he was such a good humanbeing.The whole of Udipi is aware of the facts.Atul was targetted for nothing.Instead of dying elsewhere she should have done it in her husband's house itself.Atleast Atul would have been spared.Today he is suffering for someone else's sins.Poor guy,may God give him and his family justice.Raghupathi Bhat may get justice on earth but not in the next world.

    Mr. Atul is not done anything wrong but dept given him lot of harasments if court diclaired Atul Rao is innocent than who is the responsibility for these punishment given him up to his release.Mentaly socialy he was suffered till date.
