Bantwal, Sep 21: An electrician who was engaged in repairing an electrical equipment in Manchikatte of Manchi village near here, died recently after he came into contact with live wires.
The deceased has been identified as Sandeep(18), a localite. It is reported, that he was checking an equipment which was not functioning, by connecting it to electricity, when the incident occured.
He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital but died on the way. Bantwal rural police have registered a case.
