Bangalore: State Government Transfers 77 Police Inspectors

Bangalore, Sep 24: The state government had recently created a record of sorts, by transferring more than a thousand police officers, before it could even complete 100 days in office . But the process of transfer is far from over. The state government has again issued transfer orders to 77 police officers in the state. The transfer order was issued on Monday September 22.

Names of the four police officers from Dakshina Kannada district figure in the transfer list. Vittaldas Pai (railway station, Mangalore), M Manjunath Shetty (immigration section), Vinay A Gaonkar (Bantwal circle) and Lingappa (Ullal) are the four police inspectors who were transferred on Monday.
