Bantwal, Jan 2: In an exemplary act of communal harmony, a Muslim family at Vittal in the taluk have displayed a banner wishing all the best for the Brahmakalashotsava and Nemotsava, a Hindu ritual.

The moolasthana of Sri Mundalathaya, chief Daiva of Sri Panchalingeshwara temple of Vittal, was built at Devasya. Accordingly the Brahmakalashotsava and Nemotsava of the same took place on December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021.

Sabir Khan Devasya and family of Devasya have displayed a banner wishing all the best for the programme as well as showing respect to the Sanatana Hindu dharma by writing the same on the banner.

In these days of conflicts between different communities, the act of Shabir Khan Devasya and family is really appreciable.
