Mangalore: ICYM Unit of Kulshekar Parish Organizes Variety Entertainment Competitions

Mangalore, Sep 8: Variety entertainment competitions were held under the aegis of Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) unit of Holy Cross parish, Cordel, Kulshekar and parish cultural committee parish auditorium here, recently. 

Cordel parish ICYM director and parish priest Fr Valerian Pinto congratulated the participants for enthusiastically taking part in variety entertainment competitions.

Meanwhile, Fr Valerian further said that active participation of parishioners in the competitions strengthens the brotherhood and unity among parishioners of different wards of parish, said Fr Valerian.

Gretta Rebello Bejai, Daya Victor Lobo Angelore and Victor Correa Derebail were the jurors of competitions.

Cordel assistant parish priests Fr Arun Lobo and Fr John Moras, cultural committee office-bearers Victor Vaz, George D’Souza, Susheel Noronha, Jossy Sequeira, Ivan Sequeira, Michael D’Souza, Valerian J Lobo, Ronald Sequeira, Lita Rasquinha, Alwyn Tauro and Vikram D’Souza were present. 

Parish ICYM unit assistant spiritual director Fr Arun Lobo welcomed the gathering. President Priscilla Sequeira proposed the vote of thanks.
