Udupi, Nov 22: “BJP will independently form governments in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat states. We will win 130 to 140 seats without any difficulty in Gujarat,” said Tejasvi Surya, BJP Yuva Morcha national President.
He was speaking at the state executive committee meeting of BJP yuva morcha wing held at the Country Inn hotel in Manipal on Tuesday, November 22.
“The Aam Aadmi Party is dreaming of getting into power in Gujarat, but it will lose its deposits in all the 182 contesting seats. BJP will come to power with an independent majority in Gujarat again. It has been one month since the elections have been declared for Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat states, but top Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi are not to be seen in the campaigning arena. After one month of declaring elections yesterday, Rahul Gandhi addressed about 200 people in Gujarat. Congress has stepped back from the election battlefield. Rahul Gandhi has completely surrendered and accepted the defeat. Congress has laid down its arms in the election battleground of Karnataka. Development is possible only when there is a double engine government,” he said.
“After the PFI ban, terror activities have started again. The Mangaluru cooker bomb blast was one of them. Triple talaq was banned by us. We withdrew the Article 370 in just 10 minutes.
