Kaup, Mar 11: Banner war between Congress and BJP is at its peak in Kaup legislative constituency.

The banners that were displayed by the Congress party campaigning for their guarantee card facility in their election manifesto, were torn by miscreants around 12.30 am on Saturday at Rajiva Nagar.

The act of tearing off the banners is captured on nearby CCTV.

The banner displayed election manifesto assurances of Grihalaxmi and Annabhagya schemes of the Congress party.
