BJP's Vijaya Sankalp Yatra arrives in Bantwal

Bantwal, Mar 13: Vijaya Sankalp Yatra of the BJP arrived to the city on Sunday afternoon. A roadshow was held on the highway with bike rally from Punjalakatte to the city.

Speaking on the occasion former minister K S Eshwarappa said, “National awareness was created in the whole state of Karnataka by Dakshina Kannada district. The BJP will once again assume power in the state. Rajesh Naik, MLA of Bantwal brought all the money of government departments directly to Bantwal.

MLA Rajesh Naik said, “We have done developmental works in Bantwal for the BJP to have a strong base here. In the last five years, 2000 crore rupees of grant is brought to the taluk. More than 1500 roads are built. More works will be implemented when BJP assumes power once again.”

Minister Sunil Kumar, convener Dattatreya, former MLAs Rukmaiah Poojary, Padmanabha Kottary, Harikrishna Bantwal, Sudarshan M, Koragappa Naik, Ramdas Bantwal, Sudhir Shetty, Devappa Poojary and others were present.

BUDA president Devadas Shetty welcomed the gathering. Domaiah Arala rendered vote of thanks.
