Udupi, Sep 4: Sugunendrateerta Swamiji of Paryaya Puttige Math announced on Tuesday September 2 that the 'Sundara Udupi, Subhadra Udupi (Beautiful Udupi, Secure Udupi)' will be launched here on September 14 by union home minister Shivraj Patil.
The programme aims at making city devoid of crimes. The swamiji added that V Raksha, an anti-blast devise, will be installed in the temple premises. The device will be inaugurated by the union home minister at a programme to be held that day, under the presidentship of state chief minister Yeddyurappa, he revealed.
The paryaya Swamiji along with Raghumanyateerta Swamiji and Dr D Veerendra Heggade Dhamasthala will be present at the programme, he said.
