Moodbidri: Steven Vincent Appointed President of District Unit of NCP

Moodbidri, Sep 9: Steven Vincent, a young activist and former municipal councillor of Moodbidri municipality, has been selected as the president of the Dakshina Kannada district unit of the National Congress Party, headed by union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar.

Expressing his happiness at the developments, Vincent said that he was fully geared up to serve the party as the head of its district unit.

Meanwhile he has also appreciated the daijiworld exclusive story on Moodbidri sub-inspector of police Bharathi and has, through a memorandum, urged the state chief minister and police officials, not to transfer her from the present posting.
