Udupi: Karthik Gowda in Critical Condition, Set to Undergo Brain Surgery

Udupi, Sep 16: The condition of Kartik Gowda, 24 year old engineering student and son of BJP state president D V Sadanand Gowda, who has been admitted to Manipal KMC Hospital after suffering heavy injuries in an accident on Sunday September 14 morning, is reported to be critical.

The doctors in the hospital have diagnosed brain haemorrhage and had decided to conduct surgery on Gowda. However, it is learnt, they shelved the plan after Kartik's blood pressure plummetted.

It is reported, that the hospital is now awaiting the arrival of a specialist from Bangalore. After his arrival, he will evaluate the health condition of Kartik Gowda and advise the concerned accordingly.
