He (May Allah have mercy upon him) was my grandfather's elder brother. It's a great feeling to know that he served this beautiful country in its freedom struggle against the British. Our badey-Dada (Mohammed Nasrullah Manna) also used to administer herbal antidotes and medicines to people in and around Udupi free of cost without differentiating based on caste, creed or religion. This was his praiseworthy service to the community, may Allah reward him.
