Mangalore, Feb 9: Jugul Paul Saldanha has bagged the first rank in M Tech (water resources engineering and management) in the examinations conducted by the National Institute of Technology - Karnataka (NIT-K) in July 2008. He also has won the gold medal.
Twenty six year-old Jugul Paul Saldanha is the son of late Mary Saldanha and John Saldanha, owner of Jugul Towers, Mallikatte in the city. Jugul had pursued his studies up to PUC in St Aloysius group of educational institutions here and later completed B Tech degree through Nitte Engineering College.
