Udupi : China Express restaurant by Hot Chix opened

Udupi, Nov 15: The China Express restaurant from the house of Hot Chix Restaurants owned by Sarita Mascarenhas and Dolphy Mascarenhas was inaugurated on the third floor at Food Court in City Centre Mall here on November 15. Mandavi Real Estate Developers managing director Dr Jerry Vincent Dias inaugurated the shop.

Parish priest of Mother of Sorrows Church, secretary and director, ICYM Udupi Diocese Fr Charles Menezes blessed the occasion and sprinkled the holy water.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias said, "Nowadays children and youth like to have Chinese food and they may like this restaurant. The food was very tasty at Hot Chix. One feels like eating it again and again. Chinese Express also promises to deliver good and tasty food to people."

Fr Charles Menezes said, "Hot Chix restaurants is already providing its services in many places at Udupi like Manipal and Koteshwar. Now it is time for the Udupi people to taste the food from here with a new name, China Express." Later, he blessed the directors of the restaurant Sarita Mascarenhas and Dolphy Mascarenhas.

A variety of tasty foods are available in the restaurant, said Dolphy Mascarenhas.

Chief guests Purushottam Shetty of Ujwala Group Udupi, St Marys School principal Johnson, Udupi Developers managing partner Jamaluddin Abbas, Hot Chix and China Express managing partner Dr Gregory Lobo and many others present at the event.
