Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (EP)

Mangaluru, Dec 10: “The custom of Salam Arati that was derived from the conditions of slavery should be changed. Our culture is important in our temples,” said Karnataka home minister Araga Jnanendra speaking at Mangaluru airport.

“Police are investigating moral policing incidents. They will take action and will not allow anybody to take law into their hands. Everybody should maintain peace and should not incite violence,” he said.

“There were no unpleasant incidents in Mangaluru except two murders. Our police have maintained peace. Everybody should cooperate,” he said.
