Mangaluru, Dec 12: Seven children got injured, two among them seriously, as a car crashed onto the stone platform near the ground on which they were sitting at Bengare on Sunday December 11.

The injured boys are in the age group of eight to 13 years. Nashik, Shabik, Naeem, Shammaz, Mushaif, Arafat and Shabib are the injured. Two are serious and admitted to the hospital. One boy returned back home after receiving first aid.

The boys were sitting on the stone platform beside superstar playground at Bengare. The driver who lost control first crashed onto the stone platform and then hit the electricity pole.
