Mangaluru, Dec 15: A case is filed in north police station of the city accusing a person of cheating Rs 67 lac by making the complainant invest the amount in a company in gulf country of Bahrain.
The complainant was working in Bahrain and got acquainted with a Keralite by the name K P Harikumar. He asked the complainant to invest money in the company that the accused was running. Accordingly, the complainant invested Rs 67 lac and also prepared relevant documents in that regard. However, the accused Harikumar did not return the money later.
