Bantwal, Dec 17: The POCSO court has issued anticipatory bail to accused Naushad who was found in the company of a minor girl reported missing from Pandavarakallu, Kajekar village, Badaga.

A case under POCSO Act was registered against suspects Naushad, Rehmat and Nawaz at Punjalkatte police station. Advocate Shirtadi Sridhar Pai had argued the case for Naushad.
