Udupi: Loud DJ music till midnight at Mehendi programme – Public files complaint

Udupi, Dec 19: A case is filed against the inmates of a house at Kodavoor Madhwanagara by public for playing loud music till late night in a Mehendi programme.

The mehendi programme was going on in the house of Kishan, a resident of Madhwanagara and the music with DJ was being played too loud causing disturbance to the nearby resident till late in the night.

The police who arrived at the spot based on the complaint by the public inquired with the family members of Kishan and came to know that they did not take any prior permission to make use of loudspeakers or DJ.

Malpe station police are investigating further.

    After 10 pm Supreme court said no to loudspeakers, so how can someone take permission and do noise pollution at night?
