M'luru: St Theresa lower primary school celebrates annual day

Mangaluru, Jan 23: The lower primary annual day of St Theresa's School was held on January 22 at 4.30 pm on the school grounds and was based on the theme 'incredible is our world'.























The chief guest of the day was Dr T J Quadros - principal of Glowinstar Integrated School, Udupi. Sr M Lillis BS- the vice president of the Bethany Educational Society presided over the function. Sr M Rose Celine BS secretary, BES correspondent, Sr M Premitha BS- principal, Stella Roche- PTA vice president were the dignitaries on the dais.

Sr M Rose Celine BS welcomed the chief guest and the gathering. The vote of thanks was proposed by Sr M Premitha BS- principal of the school. The toppers of 2015-16 were awarded with a trophy. The comperes of the programme were Allen, Ananya, Aadish and Keaya.

The tiny tots portrayed a rainbow of cultural events through songs, Qawali, skit, entertainment dance and a tableau.

The highlight of the day was nature is one of God's beautiful creations. Knowledge helps us to preserve and not to destroy the earth. The children aptly portrayed the theme 'our incredible world' and how to conserve and protect God's creation. The students and the teachers were appreciated for the efforts put in.
