Mangalore: Health Check-up Camp Conducted for Journalists

Mangalore, Jan, 22: A free health check-up camp for the journalists was conducted at the Press Club here on Wednesday January 21.

The camp was organized by the Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists' Association in association with Yenepoya Specialty Hospital.

Dr Harish Raghavan, cardiologist, Yenepoya Hospital, inaugurated the camp.

Dr Muhammad Tahir, medical director, Yenepoya Hospital, presided over the function.

P B Hariprasad Rai, Press Club secretary, welcomed the gathering.

Experienced doctors of the hospital conducted the check-up. Over 60 journalists participated in the camp.

Dr M G Rajesh, Dr Bhuvaneshwari, Dr Narasimha Pai, Harsha, president, Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists Association and Anand Shetty, president, Press Club were present on the occasion.
