Mangalore: Bishop Aloysius Paul D Souza Condemns Recent Attack on Women in Pub

Mangalore, Jan 28: Mangalore Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D Souza has called upon all the democratic organizations to join in condemning the recent brutal attack on the modesty of girls in a pub here. He has termed the incident as an attack by the evil forces on women in a nation that has the proud tradition of respecting them since time immemorial.

The Bishop urged the police to take strict action against the attackers and the group responsible for the attack, because of whom, the general public are forced  to live in constant fear with violent forces going on a rampage on one pretext or the other.  He also urged the government and the top police officers, to show their determination in stemming these anti-social and immoral forces. 

The Bishop also persuaded  the law keepers to curb the anti-social  forces that  have no respect for women and are involved in demoralizing the society with their outrageous acts,  stated  a press release.
