Mangalore, Feb 1: The inaugural of the national-level Administrative Management and IT festival 'Synergy 2009' was held at Shri Dharmastala Manjunateshwara College on Friday January 30.

The event was organized by the Business Management and Administrative Management study and research centre of the college.

Speaking after inaugurating the event, Dr T N Sudhir, dean, MBA Department, Mangalore University, said that there is more demand for  collective leadership in the competitive world.

The intense competition  between companies has been responsible for the financial meltdown and this can be controlled by the team work and managing intelligence efficiently,  he said.

The present-daty youth have the responsibility to re-define the term  competitiveness' he said.

Aniket and Rakshita Shetty delivered speeches on Synergy.

Dr Devraj K, principal, SDM College and others were present on the occasion.
