Mangaluru: Audio abusing Nalin Kumar Kateel viral on social media – Complaint filed

Mangaluru, Apr 20: A complaint is filed with police by district BJP against an individual who is abusing MP and state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel in an audio which has gone viral on social media.

When Nalin Kumar Kateel won the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, A Muslim cleric had greeted him with a flower bouquet and a group of supporters. Now, some miscreant has posted the same photo in social media and is seen using derogatory words against Nalin.

The BJP law unit of Dakshina Kannada has filed a complaint with the police in this regard. BJP district spokesperson Jagadish Shenava said that the city police commissioner is urged to trace the miscreant and take legal action against him.

    It seems the Udupi police have turned into personal bodyguards of the BJP. Since when is a private privileged conversation a crime? Just because the Surat courts have gone beserk, it doesn't mean that every saffron goon is protected. The Surat court's order will be overturned by High court. No big deal!
