Sullia: Kin of freedom fighter Kedambadi Ramaiah Gowda scores 591 marks in PU exams

Sullia, Apr 21: The descendant of Indian freedom fighter Kedambadi Ramaiah Gowda, Manjushri Kedambadi has secured 591 marks in the PU examination.

Manjushri Kedambadi is the daughter of Thirtharam Kedambadi and Sandhya Kedambadi of Uberaddka in Sullia.

Manjushri is the fifth generation of Kedambadi Ramaiah Gowda who fought the British with various strategies. Manjushri had done her primary education in KVG International Public School in Sullia. She completed her PUC in Vivekananda College in Puttur.

Speaking to www.daijiworld.com, Manjushri's father Thirtharam said, "She dreams to become an IAS officer. If not IAS, she wants to study law.”

Kedambadi Ramaiah Gowda is one of the greatest freedom fighters. He had mobilized the youth against the British.
