Bantwal: Two nominations out of eight submitted in Bantwal rejected – Election office

Bantwal, : Two out of eight nominations submitted in Bantwal have been rejected, according to election office sources.

The nominations of BJP's Rajesh Naik U, Social Democratic Party of India's M Elias, Social Democratic Party of India independent candidate Abdul Majid Khan, Congress party's B Ramanath Rai, JDS candidate Prakash Rafael Gomes, and AAP's Purushotham have been accepted. However, the nominations of Anish Shetty and independent candidate B T Kumar have been rejected for the following reasons.

Anish Shetty provided details for only seven out of ten points. Meanwhile, B T Kumar did not complete the form, pay the deposit, or fill in form 26.
