Sullia, Sep 7: Madhushree, daughter of Uluvar sundar Gowda, a seventh standard student of Arantodu Higher Primary School, died the day after her school became victorious at the taluk level sports meet.
The girl, a member of the throw ball team of the said school, had played an active role in the sports meet organized at Bellare, for the victory of her school team. The day after, she suffered chest pain and developed breathing problems. She was admitted to a hospital immediately but died on Friday September 5.
